Africa's wildlife is under growing threat from poaching, trafficking, habitat loss and pressure from people. Three remarkable women in Namibia, Kenya, and Malawi are leading teams on the frontline, taking responsibility for protecting wildlife and the places it depends on. However, leadership alone cannot do the job. Their ranger teams and wildlife guardians need the training, equipment and resources to face these threats safely and effectively.
