Since its launch in 2014, The Fine & Country Foundation has remained dedicated to its mission of combating homelessness and supporting vulnerable people in communities across the UK and beyond. Since it's inception, the Foundation has raised and donated over £1 million to charities and organisations making a meaningful difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness and poverty. Each year, the Foundation distributes funding through its biannual grant schemes.
Homelessness cannot be solved with a single intervention because it is driven by a combination of housing shortages, poverty, mental and physical health challenges, domestic abuse, family breakdown, unemployment, and gaps in social support. The most effective approaches combine prevention, rapid access to housing, and long-term support through charities supported by The Fine & Country Foundation's ongoing support of these charities and our grants to them we contribute to ease the suffering.
