We are raising funds to help those who can least afford to access the life changing benefits of adventurous learning. Many of our participants come from less affluent back grounds and others need additional staff to assist them in their stay with us. No one should be excluded based on cost alone.

The cost of high quality outdoor education and adventurous learning is simply beyond the reach of many. The need for young people to access opportunities to build their confidence and resilience has never been higher. In order to be able to subsidise those who would otherwise miss out, we need to raise additional funds in order to keep this vital provision affordable, sustainable and accessible for all, regardless of their financial status. Outdoor adventurous learning enriches lives!
The monies raised from this campaign will be used to directly subsidise the cost of a residential outdoor education course at CMC Adventure for those who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend. Costs are also incurred when a participant requires 1:1 support, again we would subsidise the cost of the support staff to ensure that financial concerns don't prevent the participant attending. The subsidies would be needs based and may be applied to an individual or whole group.
