The Diamond Education Grant makes grants to women who are in need of financial assistance for educational purposes. The grants enable the women ( mainly over the age of 40) to return to employment, or move to a another industry, by acquiring new skills.

Many women , particularly over the age of 40 , have missed out on education. Many have also spent years looking after their children or caring for elderly relatives. Others need to update their skills for the current modern workplace in 2026.
The applicants find courses and we provide grants to help them fund those courses . Many of the courses are short courses and are not publicly funded. The grants provided by us are almost always paid to the colleges . As well as creating employment and income, completing these courses will also increase confidence levels for these women .
