Our programme will inspire, nurture and empower talented young directors, soloists, composers and musicians through sustained opportunities to collaborate with the English Chamber Orchestra, developing the confidence, experience and artistic leadership needed to shape the future of music.
Our programme bridges the gap between education and professional practice. Through composer commissions, directing opportunities, instrumental competitions and our Artistic Leadership Scheme, young artists will work alongside the English Chamber Orchestra, gaining practical experience, mentoring and the confidence to become the next generation of artistic leaders.
