Too many young people face barriers to education, employment and training due to poverty, exclusion, SEND, low confidence and limited opportunities. Without targeted support, many become long-term NEET, affecting their wellbeing and future prospects. GMTW Youth Club provides accredited learning, mentoring and employability support, helping young people build skills, confidence and clear pathways into education, apprenticeships and sustainable employment.

GMTW Youth Club delivers accredited training, one-to-one mentoring, employability support and practical work experience tailored to each young person's needs. Through creative learning, skills development and personalised progression plans, we build confidence, improve wellbeing and equip participants with the qualifications, experience and support needed to move into education, apprenticeships or sustainable employment.
