People affected by cancer often receive excellent clinical treatment but lack access to dedicated spaces for emotional support, privacy, wellbeing and practical guidance. The appeal addresses this gap by funding a purpose built wellbeing centre next to The Meadows Cancer Centre, ensuring patients, families and carers receive compassionate, holistic support that promotes dignity, connection and comfort throughout their cancer journey.

It is an opportunity to unite patients, families, clinicians, volunteers, businesses and the wider community around a shared vision for improving cancer care. By providing a nurturing space and environment for holistic support, which will allow in turn for patient outcomes to be improved.
