Young Tibetans living in exile in India face significant barriers to education and employment. Many have experienced displacement, family separation and life without citizenship, limiting access to opportunities and professional networks. Even talented and motivated young people often lack career guidance, mentors and pathways into work. Every young person deserves the opportunity to build a future, but too many face barriers beyond their control.

Tibet Relief Fund's Empowering the Vision Project helps young Tibetans living in exile in India build the confidence, skills and connections needed to succeed. Through mentoring, employability training, career guidance, workshops and professional networks, young people gain practical support to access education, employment and opportunities that can transform their future.
