Over 1 million young people in the UK are not in education, employment or training (NEET). These & many more are isolated, anxious & disconnected, facing barriers including poor mental health, low confidence & a lack of belonging. The Milburn Review calls for more holistic support for those furthest from the labour market; WeDiscover addresses this with love & care. We know young people don't lack aspiration; they lack the relationships, opportunities & support to take the first step.

Through WeDiscover online programme for 16–24 year olds, we meet young people where they are, often in their bedrooms, building confidence before introducing new skills & meaningful experiences. Participants join when they're ready & receive ongoing support. Walking alongside 'Gappies' with love, care & curiously we bridge the gap between online & real-world opportunities, enabling reconnection with education, employment & communities, building a plan for a brighter future supported by a mentor.
