At Our Moon, we are driven by a clear belief: the future is shaped not by how well young people are support to cope, but by how effectively they are equipped to contribute. Across Zambia, we see extraordinary young people held back, not by a lack of talent but by systems that leave them stuck. That reality is what drives us and our work. When potential lies dormant, the cost is shared by families, communities and economies. When it is unlocked, the impact reaches far beyond the individual.

Our response is the flagship 18-month Young Leaders Programme. Through self-exploration, ethical leadership, academic and career preparation and real-world employability, as well as university and scholarship access, we equip young people to contribute thoughtfully and responsibly. Our strong alumni network keeps them connected to Our Moon and each other, while supporting them while at university and helping them continue their contributions by providing postgraduate and employment pathways.
