Funding will help KICK reach more disadvantaged children by expanding into Wales, the South and South East, enabling more schools to access our mentoring and sport programmes that improve wellbeing, behaviour and aspirations.

Young people are facing a growing crisis of hopelessness. Half feel anxious about their future daily, one in five self-harm, over one million are not in education, employment or training, and increasing numbers are vulnerable to exploitation and radicalisation. At the same time, young people are increasingly open to faith and hope. KICK addresses this by partnering with schools and local churches to share the Good News through sport, mentoring and KICK Academies.
KICK delivers Behaviour Inclusion Support and Schools-based Chaplaincy, with schools contributing to the cost of these services. Building on trusted relationships in schools, we partner with local churches to establish KICK Academies. We train and equip volunteers to deliver sport-based sessions linked to biblical themes, creating sustainable outreach that shares hope, builds resilience and supports young people long after our initial engagement.
