George House Trust supports people who face HIV stigma and discrimination which is further compounded by their race, gender and sexual identity. Whilst there has been tremendous progress in education there is much more work to do. Help us to create a world where HIV holds no one back.

Following on from our 40th year anniversary, George House Trust has worked tirelessly to support people in Manchester and Liverpool living with HIV to feel less isolated, less stigmatised and empowered to live in a world where HIV holds no one back. Offering services such as intensive support to those who struggle to engage in treatment, peer mentoring to reduce isolation and counselling to those who may be struggling with their diagnosis and mental health around that.
George House Trust delivers support, advice, advocacy and training. Our diverse team offers a comprehensive range of services and advocacy that supports people to live well with HIV. We educate organisations, voluntary groups, corporate partners with our incredible Positive Speakers bravely sharing their lived experience. This means people living with HIV can feel assured that their peers know about HIV, U=U (undetectable = untransmittable) and language that is and isn't appropriate.
