Children we support are living with conditions no child should face – cancers, progressive neurological illnesses, complex heart disease, rare genetic disorders and severe epilepsy. Days are shaped by seizures, treatment and hospital corridors, and families live with constant anxiety and very few chances to simply be together and feel like a normal family again. We are working to change that, creating joyful shared memories and moments of light in some of the darkest times.

We will grant at least 8 fully personalised wishes for children living with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses, interrupting the relentless rhythm of treatment, hospital corridors and fear. Each wish is built around one child’s dream – from Lapland adventures and Disney days to special UK breaks and meet-and-greets – and carefully planned so they can safely take part, creating time where illness is not in charge and families can simply be together, making joyful shared memories.

Two excited children with rainbow backpacks talk to a cloaked volunteer in a busy indoor queue, smiling as they wait to start their Lapland trip.A guide pulls a long wooden sled through a snowy forest, carrying a bundled‑up family in matching purple winter clothes and hats. Two children in matching reindeer sweaters sit smiling beside Santa and an elf in a warmly lit Christmas room. Two parents pose smiling with two children in wheelchairs in front of a towering Christmas tree lit with golden fairy lights in a snowy Lapland village.
