No one should face head and neck cancer alone. We will sustain and expand specialist support through two new support groups, our 24/7 Patient Support Line and Text Service, 5,000 Patient Support Boxes, and 500 new Caregiver Support Boxes with dedicated information.

People feel isolated from diagnosis to treatment and into recovery, while caregivers are often overlooked. Whilst clinical care treats the disease, few specialist support services exist to help people cope with its lifelong impact, leaving patients, caregivers & families to face one of life's most challenging journeys without the practical support, reassurance and understanding they need.
The Swallows bridges the gap between clinical treatment and life beyond cancer. Our specialist support includes a 24/7 Patient Support Line, 24/7 text support, peer support groups, and Patient and Caregiver Support Boxes, providing practical guidance, trusted information and emotional support from people with lived experience. Funding will strengthen and expand these vital services, ensuring more patients and families receive the specialist support they need throughout their cancer journey.
