Across rural East Africa, millions of people struggle to access healthcare. With little or no public transport, remote villages remain isolated from the services they need. Facilities are under-resourced, understaffed or unable to provide comprehensive care. The organisations closest to these communities, who are best placed to address these challenges, often lack the support and capacity to change this.

CHASE Africa partners with local organisations to design, deliver and strengthen integrated community health programmes. Our model provides the technical expertise, training, practical tools and M&E frameworks to integrate health into their wider work. This leverages their local infrastructure, community connections and cultural fluency and enables them to play a vital bridging role between communities and formal health systems.
