Across Luton and Bedfordshire, rising costs are pushing more people into homelessness and rough sleeping, especially dangerous in winter's cold. Many have nowhere to turn for food, shelter or a path back to stability. NOAH Enterprise addresses this by providing hot meals, warm clothing, medical care and outreach to rough sleepers. NOAH provides training and job support to help people rebuild lasting, independent lives. The demand for our services has never been greater than right now.
NOAH tackles homelessness through outreach teams finding rough sleepers on the streets, a Welfare Centre open 365 days a year offering hot meals, showers, GPs, and warm clothing, plus accredited training and job-search support to build lasting independence. By combining immediate welfare care with long-term skills and employment pathways, NOAH helps people move from crisis to stability, not just survive winter, but rebuild their lives for good. As Luton's only Day Hub NOAH is the only solution.
