We’re raising funds to give training and resources to people who form support networks around children with mental health difficulties, especially those waiting for professional help. We’ll help everyone work together effectively so they feel confident and hopeful, and young people feel supported.

Young people struggling with their mental health can face major challenges in life. They may find it hard to access education, regulate their emotions, or socialise with friends. They may also be waiting for professional help, which can be a very anxious time. Families need emotional support, practical guidance and information they trust, before they reach crisis point. Parents, carers, teachers and community workers need the space, skills and confidence to support young people collaboratively.

We'll offer expert training, workshops and resources to hundreds more families, schools, and community organisations. Our specialist trainers know how to equip children’s support networks with the tools they need. They help parents, carers, school staff and community leaders work together to provide targeted support; this helps young people feel heard, understood and more resilient, which is especially important for those waiting for mental health services.
