Across Bolton and Bury, autistic adults and unpaid carers rely on us for connection, guidance and advocacy. To help us keep this lifeline going, we need your help with meeting the demands of our core costs. Your donation protects vital support and ensures no one is left facing challenges alone.

We exist to tackle the loneliness, declining wellbeing, and financial hardship faced by autistic adults and unpaid carers. Through social connection, tailored wellbeing support, specialist benefits guidance and employability help, we give people the tools to rebuild stability, confidence and independence. Our work directly addresses the barriers that leave many feeling isolated, overwhelmed and unsupported, turning daily struggle into genuine progress.
Through befriending, social and life‑skills groups, carers‑only support, benefits advocacy and employment help, we create safe spaces where autistic adults and carers connect, feel understood and reduce isolation. Our advocacy also tackles financial inequality, helping people secure stability and confidence.
