Social capital - our relationships and support networks, our sense of control over our lives and our connection to our wider community - is essential to our health and well-being. In our communities social isolation is increasing. Too often, people do not have those local support networks. Without them, when something goes wrong - a bereavement or break-up, job loss or illness - people can end up in crisis. Compounding factors such as low income or addiction can make crisis difficult to escape.

Linden Well-being Hub connects people to each other, to practical help in crisis, and to specialist services for ongoing support. We offer an inclusive and non-judgemental space to enjoy a meal, do an exercise class or simply come for a chat. Whatever brings people to us, they find a ‘no wrong door’ approach to accessing support during life’s challenges and transitions. Each week we run community breakfast, fitness class, foodbank and more, bringing people together to build stronger communities.
