Our projects change children's lives. But they couldn't happen without our project leaders, who are there for the children each step of the way, encouraging them to dream big and achieve more than they thought possible. With your support, we can train 4 new project leaders this year. Can you help?

6 years on from the height of the COVID pandemic, we are still seeing the effects on children's mental health and confidence. The transition to secondary school is especially tough for those with extra challenges like learning difficulties, caring responsibilities, or poverty. Without support to build social skills and resilience, these children risk falling behind permanently and missing out on their full potential.
Through our large-scale puppetry projects, disadvantaged children aged 9-11 develop creative and life skills—confidence, resilience, communication—that help them thrive during the transition to secondary school. They collaborate to build a complex marionette show from scratch, taking ownership at every stage. Along the way, they grow independence, teamwork, concentration, and self-belief, unlocking their full potential.
