For too many neuro disabled people and families, support arrives only after confidence has been knocked, options have narrowed or life has reached crisis. It is too narrow - shaped by thresholds, funding rules and service categories. It can feel too impersonal, built around systems and labels rather than people, families and real lives. They should not have to accept crisis as the gateway to support.
A different future is possible, with your help. Support Differently will help people connect earlier, before life reaches crisis, and create more ways into support for those who do not meet formal thresholds. It will build support around real life: work, community, relationships, skills, confidence and wellbeing. Most importantly, it will be shaped with neuro disabled people and families, not simply delivered to them.
