Last year, 17,000 young Londoners went to the council because they were facing homelessness. Every young person deserves safety and stability, yet too many are pushed into homelessness and danger through no fault of their own. Young people are the fastest-growing age group sleeping rough in London, 41% of young people sleep rough when they first visit us. With increasing challenges and barriers to independence, young people come to New Horizon in need of a home, community and opportunities.

For over 50 years, our frontline team has helped young people get the homes they deserve and take control of their future. We provide the only youth-specific rough sleeping outreach service and day centre in London, offering holistic support under one roof. Our mission is delivered through five key service areas: housing, health, life skills, youth justice and rough sleeping. Together, these services support a young person on their journey from homelessness to stability and independence.
