The systems designed to protect people from poverty are failing. Too many people are wrongly denied the benefits they're entitled to, while rising housing costs and unfair decisions leave people facing eviction or living in unsafe homes. Disabled people, carers and families are disproportionately affected. Behind every case is a person whose health, dignity and future are at risk, and without specialist support, many are left to face these challenges alone.

Z2K combines specialist advice, legal representation and campaigning to tackle poverty at both the individual and systemic level. We provide specialist support for complex social security and housing problems, helping people secure the income and housing they're entitled to, challenge unfair decisions and prevent homelessness. Working alongside people with lived experience, we use evidence from our frontline services to change the policies and systems driving poverty.
