For decades, the sustainability movement has driven progress on climate, nature and pollution. Today, that progress is under pressure from climate disasters, geopolitical conflict and political backsliding. Those leading change face unprecedented uncertainty, exacerbated by growing generational and regional divides, and often lack the tools, methods and spaces needed for foresight and long-term, systemic thinking.
As part of Forum for the Future’s wider 30th anniversary programme, 30 Under 30 will identify, platform and amplify the world’s most promising sustainability futurists under 30. Through collaboration, mentoring and shared learning, participants will build their own capacity while reverse mentoring senior leaders, bridging generational and regional divides and helping shape practical pathways towards a more sustainable future.
