We support disadvantaged people facing poor mental health, isolation and exclusion. Funding will keep our woodland programmes running, providing consistent support that improves wellbeing, builds confidence and skills, and helps people reconnect with nature and progress to a better life.

Mental ill‑health, loneliness and exclusion are rising, with demand for support increasing while services are stretched. Disadvantaged adults and young people often face multiple barriers to life progression and limited access to nature, despite its proven benefits. Many have been unable to engage with traditional support and are left without effective help when they need it most.
Green Light Trust provides structured, person-centred and holistic, nature‑based programmes in woodland settings. Through weekly sessions, participants take part in practical activities, build skills and form supportive relationships. This consistent, long‑term support improves wellbeing, confidence and connection, helping children and adults re‑engage with education, employment and their communities.
