People with MCAS can be isolated and homebound as everyday environmental triggers cause severe, sometimes life-threatening reactions. We aim to improve quality of life and wellbeing for the MCAS community by growing our bespoke services of peer matching, online events, resources & community support.

People with MCAS live in fear of everyday things—food, smells, heat, stress—because any one of them can trigger agonising, sometimes life-threatening reactions. It’s a complex, multi-system condition that takes an average of 7 years to diagnose. Most healthcare professionals don’t understand it, leaving those affected isolated, dismissed, and without treatment. “I am at my wit’s end, terrified of everything I put in my body. It’s affecting my job, my mental health, and my relationships.”
We are the only UK charity for MCAS support. We offer hope and practical help. Our services offer vital connection, peer matching, wellbeing, exercise, resources and build resilience. We also raise awareness of MCAS with healthcare professionals. “I've found all the new support, information and wellbeing sessions brilliant. They are really making a difference to me with regards to not only management, but the social interaction and knowledge of others with mcas has been invaluable.” Kat
