Too many young people face barriers that limit their confidence, aspirations and access to opportunity. Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are twice as likely to be NEET, while those with additional needs or disrupted education often face further disadvantage. Without access to meaningful careers guidance tailored to their needs, employer engagement and positive role models, many are left uncertain about their future and less equipped to make informed choices about their next steps.

Through Igniting Futures, we help young people who face the greatest barriers to believe in their potential and plan for a brighter future. Our six-week programme combines tailored interactive workshops, employer encounters and personalised support in small-group settings. By building confidence, raising aspirations and developing employability skills, we equip young people to take positive next steps into further education, training and employment.
