The young people we work with face significant barriers to education, employment and social mobility. Many lack access to professional networks, high-quality careers guidance, and the skills needed to transition into meaningful work. These are clear reminders that talent is everywhere, opportunity is not.
Through our employability programmes, we support under-served young people to discover their amazing talents, think big about their future and build their skills, confidence, and their networks to take their next step into higher education or the world of work. We work with employers to value young people's talents (not their background) and connect them to exciting career pathways. We also support teachers with free, high-quality resources and strengthen ties with local employers.
