Help us bring groundbreaking theatre to the screen. We want to create cinema-quality films of Emma Rice's iconic shows, reaching audiences worldwide. By overcoming barriers of cost, distance and access, we'll open up extraordinary theatre to more people than ever before.

Emma Rice has been described as ‘one of our greatest directors’ (Time Out), and her work as ‘one of the great pleasures of British theatre’ (The Times). Yet many are excluded from experiencing it. Our large-scale productions are expensive to tour, ticket prices can be prohibitive, and geography creates barriers for many. Disabled people, carers and students studying Emma’s work often struggle to access productions, leaving world-class theatre out of reach.

We want to film our shows and make them available to audiences wherever they are. With a much lower ticket cost, captions, adjustable volume and the flexibility to watch at their own time and pace, more people will be able to experience our work regardless of location, income or access needs. As touring becomes more challenging, filming will allow us to reach thousands more people, inspire new audiences, support students and build a more accessible and resilient future for theatre.
