With the cost of living continuing to rise and the increase in breeders since the pandemic, the rescue world is overrun with dogs needing safe places to go. We rescue as many dogs as we can and provide them with everything they need to find their forever families.

We are contacted every day to take dogs into our care, this is from local families who can no longer care for their dogs, by dog wardens who are trying to find spaces for dogs from the stray system. The U.K. is in a current rescue crisis with the number of dogs needing safe places to go continuing to increase. Bosnia is in a similar situation, with kill shelters filling with dogs in need. Healthy dogs are being put to sleep around the U.K. and in Bosnia at alarmingly high rates.
In 2027, we aim to rescue 150 dogs. 100 U.K. dogs and 50 from Bosnia. This will alleviate the pressure on local authorities, help local families who can no longer care for their dogs and save dogs from being put to sleep unnecessarily. By providing a safe space and giving the dogs everything they need for a better life, we are lessening the impact of the rescue crisis. We are also stopping these dogs from falling into the wrong hands and becoming part of the unmanaged overbreeding of dogs.
