People with disabilities are too often excluded from community life, leading to isolation and missed opportunities. We deliver inclusive programmes supporting 1,000 people to build friendships, confidence and a sense of belonging. This Christmas, your support will help ensure no one is left behind.

Throughout the year, especially at times like Christmas when families gather, people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs are often left out. Many face isolation and lack meaningful opportunities to connect. Systems meant to support them can reinforce separation, leaving low confidence and limited chances to build relationships or feel belonging. At Certitude, we believe a good life is built on connection, where everyone feels seen, valued and included this Christmas season

Connecting Communities is our response: a vibrant programme made up of four interconnected strands that bring people together through shared interests. We create welcoming spaces where people with and without disabilities connect naturally, as equals. Our programmes include Connect and Do- our creative arts programme, The Gate- our creative studio and platform for disabled musicians to develop their craft, Stepping Up- our football sessions and Blooming Marvellous- our community allotment.
