We help people overcome drug and alcohol addiction and the complex challenges that often come with it. We do this through outreach, recovery support, long-term aftercare and supportive local church communities, building lasting recovery, belonging and hope.

Drug and alcohol addiction rarely exists in isolation. Many people struggling with addiction also face trauma, poor mental health, homelessness or social isolation, while these challenges can also make addiction worse. Many people struggle to access the help they need because trauma, stigma and complex life circumstances make it difficult to engage with traditional services, leaving them trapped in a cycle of crisis.
Partnering with supportive local church communities, we meet people where they are through street outreach and drop-in support, building trusted relationships that lead to recovery. We provide person-led support for addiction and the wider challenges that accompany it, connecting people with housing, healthcare and specialist services where needed. We support people into residential rehab and provide long-term aftercare to help them achieve stable housing, training and employment.
