Too many young people are struggling with anxiety, low confidence, trauma, bullying, bereavement, social isolation or challenges at home and school. Many are waiting for support, while others need an alternative approach they can connect with. Early support matters before difficulties escalate.

The Wave Project provides evidence-based Surf Therapy and long-term community support. Young people are referred by professionals, matched 1:1 with trained Surf Mentors and supported by qualified staff. Through blue space, physical activity and trusted relationships, they build confidence, resilience, calm, trust and belonging.
