This winter, no one should be without a safe place to call home. Path's Winter Appeal supports people sleeping rough, at risk of homelessness, or struggling to keep a roof over their heads. Together, we can provide safety, stability, and hope when it matters most.

Homelessness in Plymouth is becoming dangerously normalised. Around 1,000 households are experiencing homelessness at any given time, the number of people sleeping rough has doubled since 2023, and temporary accommodation use has increased by 90% in four years. Behind these figures are families, young people, and vulnerable adults facing poverty, domestic abuse, poor mental health, and housing insecurity, often with nowhere else to turn.

Path works across the entire homelessness journey. Our Housing Information Service helps prevent homelessness before it happens, while our outreach team supports people sleeping rough to access accommodation and specialist support. We also work with people living in temporary accommodation, helping them move into settled homes and rebuild their lives. Through trauma-informed support, housing expertise, and strong partnerships, we help people move from crisis to stability and independence.
