Migrant rights are under attack and many refugees and migrants are denied justice because they cannot get legal representation. Your support will help us push back against unjust rules and false narratives as well as providing legal representation and support for those most in need.

Many migrants, refugees and asylum seekers (RAS) are denied immigration status and subsequent rights because they cannot obtain legal representation. Similarly, many RAS are destitute and placed in appalling housing whilst awaiting asylum. Once granted many have no support so face sudden homelessness; compounded by trauma and poor mental health. Immigration rules are ever changing and do not always keep up with the law. This however can only be changed via campaigning/litigation.
Rather than one-off advice, we help migrants who cannot get free legal representation, through the entire legal process, we even appeal refusals, ensuring the best conclusion to cases. We provide wrap-around support via our foodbank and destitution casework, so migrants can get income/food/housing whilst awaiting status or once granted asylum. We cannot help everyone in need so aim to change systems combining litigation/lobbying/media to pressure the government to change harmful laws/policy.
