Every year, we receive 500+ referrals from a wide network of local partners, including schools, GPs, Early Help, mental health, social care, housing services and community organisations, demonstrating high local demand. Most young people come from Oxfordshire wards of persistent deprivation. More of them have multiple, overlapping needs but fall in statuary service gaps or fail increasingly high thresholds. Without early, holistic and flexible support, crisis escalates and risks homelessness.

We meet early, select the most fitting service, progress to others as needs change and stay as long as needed. Highest demand is for one-to-one mental health. We also support the family unit around the young person by offering mediation to resolve conflict or parenting to develop a healthy home environment. Our employability service promotes re-engagement and links with local work and education to move forward. We wraparound with practical housing help, crisis care and essentials/foodbank.
