We believe that every child deserves the chance to learn through play. Play supports cognitive, social, emotional & physical growth. But play is under threat. With the decline in outdoor play spaces; a rise in screen use; increased pressures on schools to focus on academic learning and, for families who face economic hardship there are even more barriers that limit their ability to provide the necessary time and space for their children to play, explore & make sense of the world.

Eureka! is committed to access & inclusion. We want to ensure that the widest possible range of people experience our award-winning facilities & the joy of hands on discovery & play based learning. This funding will cover the cost of an annual pass for children & their families who are otherwise unable to access Eureka! Working with trusted local charities & social support organisations across Yorkshire & the North West we will ensure that passes are distributed to those who need them most.
