This course is about being the disciple God wants you to be. We want to develop this course creating further resources to add to the Workbook materials to deliver to Christian and Community leaders. We desire capacity for The Heart & Skill of Mentoring programme to be provided as a rolling program.

The need for mentoring is crucial to all the congregation and community within the church, workplace and in families. We have delivered this program before and there is a continuing demand for the course that currently exceeds our capacity. We need to be able to make more space for this course and deliver to all the people that are asking for it.
We will expand on the additional materials for the Heart and Skill of Mentoring programme in order for Christian leaders to better support their disciples. We will also build capacity and opportunities for a pool of trained facilitators and volunteers to be involved in the delivery of the program across regions.
