Kidney disease doesn't stop for Christmas. Every day, people affected by chronic kidney disease face exhausting treatment, uncertainty, isolation and worry. During the festive season, these challenges can feel particularly overwhelming. While many families are celebrating, others are managing complex health needs. Throughout the year, the NKF Helpline provides vital information and reassurance when it's needed the most. We need your help to ensure it's available this Christmas and beyond.

The National Kidney Federation's Helpline and Information Service provides a lifeline to people affected by kidney disease. Our trained team offers trusted information, reassurance and practical support, while peer supporters share understanding gained through lived experience. Helping to fund our free-to-call helpline will ensure that nobody facing kidney disease has to navigate these challenges alone. It means that we can continue to fund life-changing conversations.
