Facing a cost-of-living crisis, female employment has been devastatingly impacted and marginalised women have been disproportionately affected, resulting in a lack of confidence and self-belief. There are 35,000 women across Greater Manchester who need our help to secure a job so they can start a new chapter of financial stability and independence.

Through tailored coaching, interview preparation and professional clothing, we help women build confidence and showcase the value of their skills and experiences. Our proven approach works: 95% of women report increased confidence and 68% secure employment within a month of their appointment, improving their wellbeing and financial independence.
