Princess Alice Hospice shops raise over £1m each year to help fund compassionate end-of-life care for local people and families. They are also vital community hubs, connecting people with our support and encouraging deeper engagement with our care. Our Richmond charity shop is well-loved but now needs to be transformed to stay attractive, accessible and competitive, helping us maximise income and broaden our reach across these communities.
Funds raised will support the transformation of our Richmond charity shop, which generates vital unrestricted income to support our Hospice services and acts as a hub for community engagement. Modernised fittings, improved displays and better customer flow will create a more welcoming space for shoppers, donors and volunteers. This investment will strengthen our ability to raise funds for our work and deepen engagement with people across our community who may benefit from our care.
