SisterWood is raising funds to support woodland-based wellbeing programmes for girls aged 12–16 in Devon. Through nature connection, practical skills, creativity and supportive relationships, girls build confidence, resilience, belonging and a stronger sense of self in a safe, nurturing environment.

Too many girls and young women are struggling with poor mental health, isolation and low confidence, yet face long waiting lists and limited access to preventative, relationship-based support. Those affected by trauma, disadvantage or exclusion are often the least able to access existing services. Without early intervention, these challenges can impact wellbeing, education, relationships and future opportunities.
