Thousands of Ukrainian children and young people displaced by war are living in the UK with ongoing trauma, disrupted education, and social isolation. Many struggle with anxiety, loss, and adaptation to a new culture. Without structured mental health and educational support, their long-term wellbeing, learning outcomes, and integration are at risk.

Our St Mary’s programme provides weekly safe spaces, trauma-informed mental health support, and structured educational and enrichment activities. We combine therapy-informed approaches, learning support, IT and life skills training, and youth development programmes to help children and young people recover, build resilience, and rebuild confidence in a stable environment.
