We are raising funds to expand Men Who Talk's free online peer support groups, sustain the Circle app for continuous connection, and hire an Engagement Officer to build strategic partnerships. This will help us manage rising demand, gain vital brand exposure, and safely scale our digital services.

Men account for 75% of UK suicides but face steep barriers to help due to stigma and isolation. Traditional, in-person mental health services often fail to reach men, leaving many without help until crisis hits. As an online charity, demand for our spaces is rising rapidly: our sign-ups grew from 750 in 2025 to over 1186 so far in 2026. We need targeted digital marketing to reach men who suffer in silence, and a continuous online community to support them before they reach a breakdown.

We provide free online peer support groups led by trained volunteers. We have scaled from 3 to 5 groups a week to support 636 attendees so far in 2026. We are now expanding to 7 groups a week alongside launching the Circle app to give men a secure, continuous digital community between live sessions. By investing in digital marketing and using our growing data, we aim to become leaders in online peer intervention, removing geographic barriers and local stigma for men across the UK.
