Every day in the UK, 60 women and people with gynae organs are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer, and 21 die because of the cancer they were diagnosed with. Too many are left frightened, waiting for appointments or test results, or unsure whether they should seek help at all. Awareness of symptoms remains low, stigma is still common, and NHS pressures mean women can feel alone at exactly the moment they need clear, trusted, specialist support.

We tackle this in three connected ways. Through Ask Eve, our free, confidential nurse-led service, we give women trusted answers, reassurance and support when they are worried about symptoms, diagnosis or treatment. Through education and outreach, we help more women understand gynae health, recognise symptoms and seek help earlier. Through research, we work to improve prevention and early detection so that fewer women face late diagnosis.
