After diagnosis many people living with neurological conditions are left without ongoing support. Everyday activities become harder, confidence is lost, and isolation grows. In Cornwall, access to specialist neuro therapy is limited. Without continued support, people can feel alone, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward with their lives. The Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre exists to provide specialist therapies and improve their persons quality of life and feel connected
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to supporting independence, building confidence, and encouraging meaningful social connection. Our therapies include physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, sensory integration, and tailored exercise classes. We are also home to Cornwall’s only oxygen therapy department, and our volunteer-run café offers a warm, social space for everyone who visits. Our subsidised pricing makes us affordable and gives people agency over their health and wellbeing.
