Modern slavery is often hidden, but its impact on survivors can be devastating and long-lasting. Many women have experienced trauma/PTSD, isolation, loss of confidence, disrupted education or employment, and a deep loss of choice and control over their own lives.
Our trauma-informed, culturally-appropriate support helps women heal, connect and be empowered; they find a stable supportive community, build trust and learn the skills needed to navigate life and work in the UK. Floristry offers something uniquely powerful; therapeutic creativity helps women feel calmer, more confident and more grounded, to try new things and recognise their own strengths.For some it is a pathway towards employment, for others it supports wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem
