Life in the Armed Forces community can be isolating, especially for women managing separation, frequent moves/deployment, caring responsibilities, transition or life far from family support. Many women give so much to others but have few spaces of their own. Without accessible, welcoming communities, loneliness deepens and wellbeing suffers.

Military Wives Choirs creates safe, supportive choirs where women with a connection to the Armed Forces can sing, connect and support one another. Through local choirs, national events and shared musical opportunities, we help women build confidence, friendships and resilience. Sing Out will bring our choirs together to raise funds and awareness across the UK by singing in public spaces across the UK from the 5th October, culminating in Sing Out! Day on the 10th of October.
