Barons Court Project is a “one-stop shop” for people on low incomes who are homeless or living with mental health conditions. Our Day Centre meets their basic needs, supports them to reach their potential, as well as reducing their social isolation. It is a home for those who do not have one.

Need for the Work Homelessness in Hammersmith & Fulham is increasing, with 439 people seen rough sleeping in 2024/25 (CHAIN), including 67% new rough sleepers. Many individuals face multiple and overlapping challenges, including insecure housing, poor mental health, trauma, unemployment, and limited access to mainstream services. These issues are often interconnected, making it difficult for people to achieve stability without sustained, holistic support.
Open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm we provide three levels of support: Body - we meet guests' basic needs with the provision of hot meals, showers, laundry, clothing, haircuts, podiatry, eye tests, glasses and oral hygiene. Mind – Opportunity to develop new skills and secure employment through casework with Project Workers. Community Mental Health Team offer 121 support. Spirit - Art classes, day trips, and weekly wellbeing groups for men and women to promote emotional wellbeing and self-development
