The UK has hit over 1,000,000 referrals for children and young people into mental health services. With huge lifestyle changes, cost of living crisis and technology introduced into day to day parenting techniques. Our children are growing up not learn what they need to support themselves and are experiencing some terrible situations without support ready for them. Strategies, soft skills and emotional support is paramount for young people to grow into well, effective and happy adults.

We provide a 1:1 service for anyone over the age of 8 years old and for anyone younger, we support parents. We receive referrals from people directly, their GP, school or any other organisation that may be supporting someone vulnerable. We process referrals quickly, typically within 4 days and book the beneficiaries sessions in. The process is quick, simple and straightforward. People then recieve 6 emotional support sessions where they can talk, open up about what they have been through.
